New Guest:

If you are a new guest, we ask that you arive 15 minutes early in order to have all necessary paperwork filled out for your treatment.

^{Spa robes and slippers will be provided for facial, body and massage therapy.}

^{Please allow additional time to enjoy our lounge facility before or after your services. We suggest wearing comfortable clothes to leave in.}

^{Valuable items should be left at home or office, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damage of personal belongings.}

Spa Atmosphere

We encourage soft voices and no cell phones usage while visiting with us to ensure each guests receives the ultimate spa experience.

Mother's To Be

Please note that heat treatments and some spa facilities are not suitable for Mother's to be.  Please consult with your doctor prior to your service and bring a doctor's note to allow massage services.

Body Treatments:

You must be at least 18 years of age to receive body treatments and some heat treatments are not advised for those taking medications or pregnancy.

Gratuities

Gratuities are not included with services & at client's discretion. Our spa reception desk will be happy to assist you in your therapist gratuity.

Running Late?

At eDen Spa and Salon, we try to do everything possible to make sure all services are met. If you are running more than 15 minutes late for a service, your time, or service, may be shorted or cancelled due to schedule conflicts with other guests.  If your service cannot be performed, it may be necesssary to reschedule you for another day and our cancellation fee will apply.

Cancellations:

 If a guest cancels his or her reservation within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment, a $25 service cost fee will be requested as a cancellation fee. All new guests will be asked to secure their appointments with a credit card.

Gift Certificates

All gift certificate sales are final and expire one year from date of issue. You may transfer ownership of gift certificates purchased to others than then original receipient.

Group Events

At eDen Spa and Salon we feel that special events require very special attention.  Please let our event coordinator plan the perfect day at the spa.
